Wedding planning in Egypt has been fragmented for decades. Hundreds of vendors scattered across Instagram and WhatsApp, vague pricing, fake reviews, and ultimately couples making major decisions on incomplete information. Evenza is building the missing layer: one place that brings together vendors we review, prices where vendors share them, and reviews that open only after a completed booking.
How Evenza Works
Evenza is completely free for customers. You can browse vendors, compare prices, and send booking requests with no fees of any kind. Everything in one place — without the scattered hunt across hundreds of Instagram accounts.
- Choose your category and area: Filter by service type, location, price, and capacity.
- Compare vendors: Photos, prices, and packages where vendors share them, on a single page.
- Send a booking request: The request reaches the vendor directly. Track replies in-app and document every event detail in one place.
How We Review Vendors
We review every vendor application before the vendor is listed on the platform. We are onboarding our first vendors now.
Reviews open only after a completed booking. There are none yet.
Geographic Coverage
Evenza is an Egyptian events marketplace built for customers across Egypt. Vendor availability varies by area, and we're growing the network over time.
Strategic 2026 expansion: Alexandria and the North Coast (summer season), Hurghada and Sharm El Sheikh (destination wedding tourism), and Delta cities (Mansoura, Tanta).

For Vendors
The first 100 vendors we approve get 6 months from their approval date with no subscription fees and no commission on bookings (applying alone doesn't reserve a place). Our goal is building a network of vendors, and every approved vendor gets:
- Professional listing on the platform
- Direct booking requests from customers
- Tools to manage requests and your calendar
- Direct support from the Evenza team
