Hundreds of vendors scattered across Instagram and WhatsApp, vague pricing, fake reviews, and ultimately couples making major decisions on incomplete information. Evenza is building the missing trust layer: one place that brings together verified vendors, transparent pricing, and genuine reviews from real clients.
How Evenza Works
Evenza is completely free for customers. You can browse vendors, compare prices, and send booking requests with no fees of any kind. Everything in one place — without the scattered hunt across hundreds of Instagram accounts.
- Choose your category and area: Filter by service type, location, price, and capacity.
- Compare vendors: Photos, prices, packages, and verified reviews on a single page.
- Send a booking request: The request reaches the vendor directly. Track replies in-app and document every event detail in one place.
Vendor Verification Process
We don't accept any vendor without rigorous manual verification. Every vendor on Evenza completes a multi-step process:
- Instagram review: The account must be active (last post within 30 days) with a clear portfolio of work.
- Contact verification: Direct WhatsApp callback to confirm the contact person and responsiveness.
- Experience verification: Years of experience, type of past events, team size.
- Past work review: At least 3 recent events, with confirmation that these are the vendor's actual work.
- Pricing verification: Advertised pricing must match actual contract pricing.
Vendors who don't complete this process don't appear on the platform — even if they apply to join.
Geographic Coverage
Evenza currently covers all of Greater Cairo — Cairo, Giza, Fifth Settlement, 6th October, Sheikh Zayed, Nasr City, Maadi, Heliopolis, Zamalek, Mohandessin, Dokki, Haram, and Faisal.
Strategic 2026 expansion: Alexandria and the North Coast (summer season), Hurghada and Sharm El Sheikh (destination wedding tourism), and Delta cities (Mansoura, Tanta).

The platform is free for vendors during the first 6 months — no subscription fees, no commissions on bookings. Our goal is building a network of trusted vendors, and every vendor who joins during this period gets:
